How to grant Application Access

Required: Selected contact must be a User to receive application access.

over.vu has 4 applications that users can be granted access to: Manager, Workflow, Assets, and Scope. All applications have a toggle to give users viewing access to the selected application.

Granting View Access

  1. Navigate to a User

  2. Click on an Application's Tab

  3. Click the toggle for "Application Access"

Applying Roles

Managing permissions within roles can be configured here:

  1. Navigate to a User

  2. Click on an Application's Tab

  3. Click the toggle for "Application Access"

    1. Users can not be given roles without application access

  4. Click 'Apply' on a Role to give the user the role.

    1. Permissions within a role can be viewed by clicking on the Role Name
