How to create a Contact/User

Required: A Company must exist prior to creating a Contact/User.

All contacts must reside within a Company. Contacts must contain an email address that matches the allowed domain(s) of the company.

Each person added to Manager is considered a Contact. Contacts can be used for outward communications.

Contacts can be upgraded to users. Only users can be granted access to the applications within over.vu if they are users (see x for more information). Permissions within each application can be set via Roles for each user.

Users will receive a one-time invitation email to access over.vu (which expires after 24 hours). If the link expires, users can still navigate to [Your Tenant].over.vu and click "Reset Password" to receive a new link.

Single Creation

  1. Click Create

    1. Click Create Person

  2. Fill out the Create Person dialogue

    1. First Name

    2. Last Name

    3. Email

      1. Email addresses must follow the Company's allowed domains.

    4. Secondary ID

    5. Company

    6. Groups

    7. Make User Toggle

      1. Users will receive an invitation email to access over.vu. Contacts will not.

  3. Click Save

    1. Click Save & Add Another to save the entry and add another person
