Project Dashboard (V1)
We are introducing a new visual interface to view your project's data! Easily customize how you want to see your dashboard and keep track of important key metrics for your Jobs/Tasks.
Add/Remove different widgets for what you need
Bar Charts, Pie Charts, Tables, Cards
Arrange/Rearrange the display quickly by moving widgets
Our new Dashboard will be housed within a Home menu button and opening projects will now default to the Dashboard as a landing page.

PDF Templates & Generation
Template Creation
Create your templates: You can now configure and create PDF templates for generation use.
Insert over.vu fields: If you include a forward slash (/) you can insert over.vu fields in the PDF directly.
Generate a PDF
Pick a Template: Click Generate PDF, choose from the templates available for your jobs and/or tasks, and give your file a name.
Add Images: You can rearrange or remove images at any time without affecting your original files.
Add Additional Files: You can append additional files to the generated PDF.
Improved Filters
We've upgraded some field types and system fields to allow users to select values from within the column/data as well as using a text filter. Some notable columns include Assignee and Status!
Note: Improved filters will break any previously saved views, where there is filtering on a field type that has switched from text input to buttons.

Image Metadata
Uploaded images now have "Captions" which can be used as a short description for the image.
Limited to 150 characters
Users also have the option to change the name of the uploaded file
Self-Assignment Emails
Assigning yourself to a document will no longer send a notification email for the self-assignment (applies for single or multiple assignments). This is the first of many improvements to reduce Assignment email spams.
Various Bug Fixes
Resolved an issue with inability to clear certain field types while attempting to modify documents
Resolved an issue with deleting Table Types within Job Sections
Fixed an issue where ‘Incomplete’ Import statuses were being displayed incorrectly

Assets
Quick Search
You can search for any asset by clicking on the Global Search icon
with the dropdown options of:o Document ID
o Name, and/ or
o External ID (Default)
Search bar requires a minimum of three characters to be typed in for the search to be enabled.
Initial 20 results appear based on the selected dropdown option.
You can click on View All Results to open all results in a new tab.
Create one job for multiple Assets
Following 1.0.3's update of allowing Workflow Jobs to be associated with multiple assets, Assets now allows users to select multiple assets and then create a single Job for them.
