How to create a Saved View

Save the current column organization, sorting, and filters applied into a view.

  1. Apply any adjustments to the current view

  2. Click on the Save View icon

    1. Saving a view will capture all applied filter settings, column sort ordering and column arrangement

  3. Select Save as new

    1. Save Changes can be selected when a saved view has already been created

  4. Input a Name for the new view

  5. Promote to Project

    1. Check this box to allow all project users to access the view

      1. Saved views are private to the user

  6. Click Save Changes

  7. Saved Views are shown as tabs above the table
