Document Details, Form, Reference, Header

Workflow’s main page for user input is Document (Job or Task) details. Jobs and Tasks will look very identical except for a few areas. The details page is separated by Header, Form, and Reference areas. These areas are divided by sections. The Form of a Job/Task is where a user inputs data.

Form

(Document details is the default tab selection)

  1. Name

    1. Max 400 characters

    2. Can be updated for open (status is not yet completed) Documents

  2. Header Information

    1. Displays key information Fields

  3. Assignment

    1. Displays the current assignee

    2. Can only be updated for open (status is not yet completed) Documents

  4. Status

    1. Displays the current status

    2. Jobs can NOT be changed to Completed status if the Job’s residing Tasks aren’t in Completed status

  5. Save Changes

    1. Saves all changes to the current page

  6. Overflow Menu

  7. Job Details

    1. Displays the Document's Form

  8. Associated Assets (#)

    1. Displays the connected Assets from over.vu's Assets

  9. Task Module

    1. Module used to display/create Tasks

      1. Tasks can NOT be created when their parent job is in Completed status

    2. This module will only show when a user is on a Job page. It will not show if the user is on a task page.

  10. Reference Information

    1. Displays supplementary information

    2. Can be collapsed

  11. Form Sections

    1. Disaplys fields within a component

    2. Can be collapsed

  12. Table Type

    1. Module for table entries

    2. This module will only show when a user is on a Job page. It will not show if the user is on a task page.
