Document Forms contain Field sections for users to input data. However, Reference and Header information (and System Fields) are additional areas that provide more data for a Document and can not be edited from within the form.
These areas are gated by specific Roles within over.vu's Manager. Only users with sufficient permissions can modify these fields.
Click on the Action Menu for a Document
Select Modify Job
System Fields (Only displayed for Job Types)
External ID
Associated Assets

Header Information
Edit the Header Fields
Reference Information
Edit the Reference fields
Table of Contents
Select a section to quickly navigate to it
Click Save Changes
Users will be taken back to the Document's Details
