Global Fields

Fields are units of storage for information. Global Fields are a Field Level that can be used across all applications in over.vu whereas Project Fields and Document Fields are specific to Workflow Projects (see more information here: What are Fields?).

Global Fields are important for maintaining data integrity across the platform by ensuring all applications abide by the configurations set within Manager for these fields.

Creating Global Fields

  1. Click Create Global Field

  2. Fill out the information for the new Field
