Projects are structured units in over.vu's application for process execution, Workflow (see What is Workflow for more information). The Projects section in Manager directly controls what projects exist in Workflow and contains a few configuration options.
Creating a Project
Click Create Project
Fill out the information for the new Project
⚠️ Important
Newly created Projects are defaulted to Public for Project Visibility
Public Projects can be viewed by anyone with Workflow Access
Private Projects can only be viewed by users of the Project
Project Visibility
Projects Visibility controls which users can or can not view specific projects when navigating Workflow.
Click on a Project to view more details
Click on the Action Menu
Set Project Public/Private
Archive Project
Archived Projects are set as Inactive Status and can not be accessed
