Introduction

In this lesson, you will learn about how to access over.vu and its Help Center. The goal is to help you log into the platform and know where to go to seek support for our product.


Account and Login Creation

Manager sends invitation emails when contacts are saved as users by project admins.

Activating your account

  1. Check your inbox for an activation email.

    1. Invitation emails are sent automatically by over.vu.

  2. Click on the link inside to set up your password and get started.

    1. The link is valid for 24 hours, if you exceed this time limit, you can use the reset password option to set your password.

Logging in to your account

  1. Log in: Once your account is active, you can use your log-in information to log into over.vu.


Switching Between Applications

You can switch between each over.vu application quickly at any time. Access to every application is dependent on roles and permissions set by your Project Admin.

  • Click on the over.vu icon and expand the menu.

  • Choose the app you want to work in and continue seamlessly.


Help Center

over.vu's Help Center is a dedicated knowledge base for all users to learn anything about over.vu. It contains documentation and guides to help users find answers to questions, learn how to use different applications and troubleshoot various issues. It's a central hub for support and is always accessible within the platform.

  • View Release Notes and news from the over.vu team

Messenger

Messenger is an in-app chat widget that allows you to chat with support, create support tickets, and browse over.vu's Help Center without navigating away from your screen. Users can review any articles in the knowledge base and speak directly with Customer Service to seek support.

    View a dashboard with your latest messages, escalations from the over.vu team, recommended help articles, and ticket updates.

  • Help Tab
    Browse help center articles directly in the app.

  • Messenger Tab
    Start conversations with the support team.

  • Ticket Tab
    Track the status of your tickets as they move from submitted to in progress to resolved.
