Roles is a section within Manager that controls user permissions within over.vu applications or projects of applications (for Workflow). All roles have general permissions that apply to management and administrative functions.
Reminder: Users do not require a role to view Workflow Projects.
Creating a Role
Click on an Application's Tab
If you are creating a Role for a Workflow Project, select a Project first
Click Add Role
Create a Name for the Role
Descriptions are optional
