How to edit the Project Dashboard

Project Dashboards can be customized to show different widgets for various information within the project. Widgets can be added, removed and arranged within two columns of the UI.

  1. Click on the Action Menu to add, remove, or re-arrange widgets.

  2. Click Edit Dashboard

  3. Click Add Widget

Widgets

  1. Bar Charts: Statuses within a bar chart can be clicked to be filtered on/off

    1. Job Statuses by Type

    2. Task Statuses by Type

  2. Pie Charts: Statuses within a pie chart can be clicked to be filtered on/off

    1. Job Statuses

    2. Task Statuses

  3. Number Table: Displays tables

    1. Job Types

    2. Task Types

    3. Jobs & Tasks by Assignee

  4. Metric Cards: Displays counts

    1. Total Jobs

    2. Total New Jobs

    3. Total In Progress Jobs

    4. Total Completed Jobs

    5. Total Tasks

    6. Total New Tasks

    7. Total In Progress Tasks

    8. Total Completed Tasks

Restore Default

All project dashboard have a restore default option which automatically arranges and restores the following 8 widgets:

  • Job Statuses by Type

  • Job Statuses

  • Total Jobs

  • Total New Jobs

  • Total in Progress Jobs

  • Total Completed Jobs

  • Task Statuses by Type

  • Task Statuses
