Field categories are used to assist users in configuring Forms. Fields created when configuring job types can increase their accessibility across a project by being promoted. Job fields can only be used within the job they exist in. Project and Global fields can be used across a project.
Click on a Field
Click on the overflow menu
Click on Promote Field
Promotion Destination
Select the promotion category
Click Promote Field to confirm the promotion
