Drafts

Changes made to a Document Type are still considered part of a drafted version unless the changes have been published.

Publish Changes

Whenever a change has been made to a Job, the user must click on the Publish Changes button to apply the changes to the Document Type. Users may still edit configurations for Documents but changes will only apply if they are published.

The UI will display

  • Last Published: The date and time of the last published changes

  • Last Edited: The date and time of the last unpublished changes

Versioning

  • On version update, all New/In Progress Documents are immediately updated

  • If a Document is completed, it will not update from the version it was completed under

    • If a Document is updated from a ‘Completed’ status to an 'In Progress' or 'New' status, the user must acknowledge that the version will be updated.

Changes applied to a Document's configuration will automatically be shown. However, users can revert these changes in two different ways.

Reset Display View

Allows the user to reset the organization to the last published configuration.
