Recipients are the contacts within Manager that will be inserted into an email when using People Selection. Recipients can be set with or without conditions. There are two types of recipient criteria.
Recipient Widening
Recipient widening includes all contacts from the applied selections.
Select the type of email communication
To , CC , BCC
People
Contacts
Reports to
Contacts that report to a specific Contact
Groups
Contacts within a specific Group
Companies
Contacts within a specific Company
Distribution Lists
Contacts within a specific List
Click Preview Selection to view the widened contacts
Recipient Narrowing
Recipient narrowing restricts the contacts from the applied selections.
