Filter audiences by creating conditions on the People Selection. Users can configure conditions based upon Document Templates or Fields/Statuses within a Document.
Customizing an Audience
Click on a People Selection Audience
Click on See All Settings
Click on the Start node
Click on a Plus sign adjacent to the Start Node
Right sign (Conditions)
Template Condition: Set conditions on Document Types
Field Condition: Set conditions on Fields or Statuses
Template Condition
Use template conditions to target jobs or tasks. When a template condition is applied, People Selection will only display recipients if the email is being sent from the specified document type(s).
Click on a Template Condition Node
Select a document type via Add Comparison Operator
Job/Task Template Condition
Create a condition within
Select the Job Type that this condition will apply to
Users may select multiple Job Types if only applying to jobs.

Select the Task Type(s) that this condition will apply to
Click Save
Field/Status Condition
Use field/status conditions to target information from documents. When a field/status condition is applied, People Selection will only display recipients if the document contains the specified information.
Click on a Field Condition Node
Select a document type via Add Comparison Operator
This will be the Document used to reference information
Click Add Status to add a Status Condition
Click Add Field to add a Field Condition
Click Save to save the node
