Import Statuses and Failed Rows

After successfully uploading import files, users may review the progress of the upload and/or identify any issues with the import.

Statuses

All uploaded import files will display an Import Status related to the processing of the file. The current statuses only reflect if a file has been completely processed or not.

  • Incomplete: The file is being processed.

  • ​Completed: The file has been processed. *

    * Processed files may contain errors. Completed imports do NOT guarantee all Jobs/Tasks were created/updated. Contact DA/CSM for assistance.

Failed Rows

  1. Click on any existing Import

    1. This will open a sidepanel for details

  2. Click on Original Doc to download the import file used

  3. Click on View Failed Rows to view rows with inaccurate data

    1. Multiple inaccuracies in a single row will only display one error message

    2. Error Log: Displays the error identified for an inaccuracy

    3. Rows: Identifies the row of the import with inaccuracy

      1. Row 1 will never be shown as it relates to the file’s Header row. Files with incorrect headers will not be accepted.

    4. Copy Row: Copies the selected rows to clipboard

Invalid Boolean value

Data entered for a Boolean field is not 'TRUE' or 'FALSE'

Invalid Number

Data entered for a Number field is not a number

Option not found

Variable(s) within a Single/Multi Select field is incorrect

Status cannot be transitioned from status ' ' to status ' ' based on the current task and job conditions.

StatusID can not be changed due to transition rules existing on the document's statuses.

Bad Request Exception

Entry to a Short Text Field is over the character limit

Longtext values have a limit of 4000

Entry to a Long Text Field is over the character limit
