Document History

History is a view that displays all changes applied to a Document. Multiple changes within a Job/Task will display each change as an individual entry.

Users may access a Document's history by clicking on the History icon located within the sidepanel.

  1. Action

    1. Types: Created, Updated, Uploaded, Deleted

  2. Details

    1. User Name [Action] [Item]

      1. [Action] Types: created, updated, uploaded, deleted, generated

      2. [Item] Types: Assignee, Field, File, Name, Status, Task, Document Template

        1. Displayed as a pill

        2. Displays name of the Item (if applicable)

  3. More Info: Click on this to view the specific change applied

  4. [Item] Change

    1. Displays the previous and new information

      1. Template Update

        1. Logs an update to the Document's configuration

          1. Happens automatically for open documents
