Assets

  • Saved Views

    • Default views and saved views have been added for Asset lists

      • Sorting is not supported yet

      • Filtering on created fields is not supported yet

Workflow

  • PDF Generation (Tower Assessment)

    • Various improvement and adjustments to the Tower Assessment PDF

  • Assignment Emails

    • Assignment emails have been updated to include Document Type

  • Associated Assets

    • We've slightly updated our Form UI by moving the Associated Asset component to a new Tab within Jobs. This new tab also now allows associating multiple assets to a Workflow Job.

      • Job Details Tab has also been created for the Document's Form.

  • De-Select All - Multi Select Field Enhancement

    • In 1.0.2's release, we introduced 'Select All' as an option for Multi Select fields. We upgraded this functionality by adding an option to remove all selected variables from the field.

  • Bulk Update - Field Options

    • Appending and Prepending options have been added for Short and Long text fields when attempting to edit through Table Views.

  • Field Type: Formula

    • We've added a new field type called "Formula" that can reference other Number or Formula fields and perform mathematical operations.

    • Formula fields can be written with

      • Numbers

      • Operators [ * ] [ / ] [ + ] [ - ]

      • Parentheses ( )

      • Field Signatures

        • Reference other Number or Formula Fields

  • Automation Enhancement: "Field Update Many" Action

    • Users can now update multiple fields in a single action node by using our new "Field Update Many" action type

    • This change allows data mapping for the same field types similar to our "Create Job/Task" action nodes.

      • Mapping values can only be applied from a Task event that targets its Parent Job

  • Automation Create Job/Task Action: Assignee

    • Assignee has been added as a section within Field Mapping for Document Creation action types. This allows users to set (data map or preset) assignees on documents created through automation.

    • Data Mapping an Assignee will automatically choose the Assignee from the document of the event.

  • Automation Enhancement: "Is Not" Condition

    • Condition nodes have been improved to allow checking for data that does NOT exist within a document's Statuses or Fields.

      • Multi Select fields are not yet supported

  • People Selection Enhancements

    • Contact Selector, Single Select, and Multi Select fields can now be targeted for conditions.

    • Additional condition options have been added for: Number, Boolean, Short Text, and Long text fields

  • Archive Document Types

    • Workflow is being continuously improved which often results in process changes. We've added the ability to archive document types preventing them from being selected and created.

      • Existing uncompleted documents can still be updated normally.

      • Completed documents can NOT be updated unless the document type is unarchived.

      • Automations can NOT create archived document types. Failed creations will display in Automation Usage Logs.

      • Archived types can be unarchived at any time

Misc Bug Fixes

  1. Resolved issues with Assignee lists showing non-project users.

  2. Resolved an issue with mapping selection fields from Automations when the Event is located on a Task.

  3. Resolved an issue with automation events on fields running incorrectly.

  4. Resolved an issue where Long Text fields only displayed IDs.

  5. Resolved an issue with inconsistent displays with Conditional Logic.

  6. Various other minor bugs have been resolved.
