PDF Generation (Tower Assessment)

One of the biggest goals of Workflow is to provide our users with the ability to create PDFs. We are proud to announce that PDF generation will be available, but only for the Tower Assessment project. We are working diligently to improve the feature so it can be used across the platform.

Calculations Service (Tower Assessment)

Formulas and calculations are an important part of processing certain types of information. Part of our efforts for PDF generation includes a calculation system that allows fields to more directly affect each other. This service will only be available for the Tower Assessment project until we improve it further.

Table Type on Tasks

We've seen an increasing need for repetitive data within the same fields. Table Type is a new special section within Tasks that assists in processing multiple entries of information.

Field Input Style Options – Display Type Toggle

Selection fields can often have only a few variables so we've introduced a new display style for better usability and to help minimize clicks.

Preview Attachment/Image

You can now easily preview PDFs and Images from a Document's Files. These files will now display a link to show the preview instead of the previous automatic download.

Document Section Locking

Project Admins can pin sections to a document so users can maintain important information as they work along a form.

Multi-Select – Select All

Users can now select all available options within a Multi-Select Field Type at once, reducing the tediousness of selecting all variables one at a time. The 'Select All' option will always be displayed as the first option for this field type.

Single/Multi-Select - Rearrangement

Improved selection fields by adding a method to rearrange variables so new, more prominent variables can be shown quicker.

Informative Browser Tab Names:

Updated the naming of our platform's tabulated name within a browser to be more clear. We want to ensure that modules and breadcrumbs actually match the page that the user is on.

Project Name Visibility

Workflow has many projects and many users between them. To assist in identifying what project is currently open, Project names have been added and positioned at the top of our application for more visibility.

Audit Log Updates

Operational logs have been improved to display more information and data for each entry.

Job/Task Files Table

Pagination has been added to File storage.
